Shower rods

 

Because the Shower rod’s volume is big, the cost of delivery to overseas will be high, so the brass tube rods always is made several pieces, then the customers will assemble them when install.

Our shower rods are stronger then other manufactories, the fist the tube which thickness is 1 mm, outside diameter 25mm, second we have the especial design of connect construction.

 

In general the connect constructions as below.

1.       Plastic plug.

That construction way, the Brass tube will be easy take off from plastic plug, and happen turn, even the plastic plug will be break off when the customers use the product.

The assamble also is little difficult.

Of course, the figure of shower rods will be have big distortion when use .

2.       Stainless steel tube with the slot. The Slot tube has the spring so assamble very easy, another stronger then the Plastic Plug, so it is can not break off, but other problems as same as plastic plug.

3.       Our products have a different construction of connecting way from above, that solved these problems of take off, turn, break off and big distortion. The drawing of connect construction please refer our CAD drawing store:
